Micro-fixed bed micro-reverse evaluation device, also known as "micro-reactor" or "laboratory reactor ", its applicability is mainly for chemical reaction engineering to provide test means, is engaged in petroleum processing, chemical synthesis, catalyst preparation, evaluation, analysis and testing and reaction kinetics research experimental device.
The device is mainly a medium and low pressure universal gas-solid-liquid catalytic reaction device. Mainly including fixed bed metal reactor, high temperature programmed furnace. The system reactants can expand multiple gas and liquid flows and adapt to different reaction conditions. The reaction temperature can be continuously constant temperature steady-state operation or temperature-programmed unsteady operation mode. The reaction gas and chromatographic carrier gas can be used in tandem or in series, and the product after reaction can be sampled at intervals, analyzed online and processed by switching valve or six-way valve.
