High purity gas central gas supply system is designed for the transmission of high purity working gas used in high-precision analysis and testing equipment. The system needs to provide high purity gas with stable pressure and flow rate and constant purity after long-distance transmission for analysis equipment to meet the requirements of various high-precision analysis equipment. The system should also meet the requirements of security and facilitate the daily use and management of customers.

The first part gas cylinder room layout

1. Due to the storage of gas due to combustible gas and combustion-supporting gas, according to the national regulations must be stored separately. Put them into different cylinder compartments.

2. A primary pressure regulating panel is set in the cylinder room, including two supports and one panel with four sets of purge copper chrome plating panel

3. Sintered metal filter shall be installed before the inlet of the pressure regulator to prevent particles and other impurities from contaminating the system.

4. All panels are equipped with purge valves, which can realize the cleaning and displacement of panels.

5. The pressure regulator and related pipe fittings should be firmly fixed on the pressure regulating panel, which should be designed compact and orderly to minimize the dead volume in the system.

6. The pressure regulating panel shall be made of all stainless steel and firmly fixed in a reliable position to ensure its safety.

7. The gas cylinder stored in the gas cylinder room is fixed by the gas cylinder bracket with anti-inverted chain, which is durable and beautiful. The cylinder holder is made of aluminum alloy.

8. The SS 316L high pressure metal hose is used to connect the gas cylinder and the pressure regulator in the gas cylinder room without permeability. The high-pressure hose is flexible to ensure the convenience of connection. And self-guide and protection of the steel cable, to prevent extreme cases of steel cylinder valve damage caused by high pressure "whipping" accidents. The connection between the pressure regulator and the pipe is double ring clamp.

9. The cylinder connector on the high-pressure hose must match the specifications of the cylinder Angle valve to ensure reliable connection.

10. The exhaust air path shall be collected by classification, fixed firmly and discharged to an outdoor safe place.
